We can accept most of the photos uploaded from your computer or phone. If you’d like to check our guidelines before uploading your picture, click here.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our digital artists spend a great deal of time and energy on creating your masterpiece to ensure it is something that you will love. Although you can’t preview your portrait before purchase, you do have up to three days to approve or request revisions once your portrait is complete.

We do offer some customizations to make your portrait even more unique. We can modify hair length and color, add makeup, remove glasses, and change other small features, Froom, your source photo. Be sure to see our photo guide for the full explanation.

We expertly match the skin tone from your photo to the skin tone used in the portrait. Any exposed skin in the portrait will be made to match the skin tone from your photo.

We want to make sure your portrait makes it to your home safely, so you can proudly display it on your wall.

If your portrait is lost by the delivery company in transit, we will send you a new portrait at no extra cost. We will also ship a new painting if your portrait arrives damaged.

If you aren’t happy with how your portrait looks when it arrives, we offer further revisions to ensure you are in love with your new masterpiece. Reach out to our customer support team to discuss any issues with your delivered picture.
